Clark County's Single-Stream Recycling Pilot Program - Financial Analysis

Single-stream recycling is where all recyclables are co-mingled in one receptacle and then sorted later at the recycling center. This method of collecting recyclables is much more convenient for residents. Clark County colaborated with Republic Services and the local communities to establish and execute this pilot program.
